How can I download my data?
You will need to request for your information to be archived. You can do this in the Edit Account section in the Community area. To get there, click on Profile from the submenu, then click on the button with three dots on it (Right hand side) and select "Edit Profile" Once there, click on Download Your Information link as shown in the screenshot below.
Click on Request Account Data button to complete the process.
A confirmation dialog popup will be displayed. Click on Request Data button to submit your request. The archiving process will take a while and it is also depends on how large is the gathered data.
Once the archive is ready, an email will be sent with the download link.
